Additional fees may be required in case of:
Pregnancy or Estrous: $50
Pyometra: $75
Cryptorchidism: $50-$80
Proof of an updated heartworm test is required for all canine spay older than 8 months.
If your dog does not have one then we offer the heartworm test on the day of surgery at a discounted price of $30.
Proof of an updated Rabies and DHAPP (dogs) and/or FVRCP (cats) is required; if your animal needs these vaccinations they are given at a discounted price the day of surgery.

Optional procedure at a discounted rate: Pre-Sx BW $95

Income verification in the form of pay stubs or government checks will be needed with the exception of shelters/rescues/stray cats (no income verification needed for these individuals or organizations; just state on your application).
If approved, a $50 deposit will be needed to secure your place on the schedule.
