We recently had to make a trip to Tricounty Veterinary Emergency Clinic when our beagle puppy got into something he shouldn't have on a Saturday evening.
The staff were attentive, gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions, and took great care of him during his overnight stay.

Titan had his first visit with the Vets today @ Tri- Co. Vets. The staff were very nice and took Titan peeing on the wall very well. He loved all the attention he got and we're gonna pray that his symptoms are treatable.
They were very quick to call us back and we appreciate the thoroughness in care they gave to him..

My kitten, who was a major influence on our family got herself into trouble and needed to be put down. These people treated her with the importance she deserved after loving and growing with my family.
We walked in at close, they acted like we were the first people there in the morning, they didn't act like they were trying to get home, they were very sympathetic, empathetic and honestly the best experience I've ever had when dealing with a family members end of life. I would highly recommend. Angels in disguise.

Our dog got a chew bone stuck around his lower jaw and we could not get it off. We were visiting family in a nearby town, and were so thankful to find that Trenton had an emergency vet that was open on Sunday. We made the 1hr+ drive, and the team at Tricounty took him straight back when we arrived. Our little guy received excellent care and we were in and out in no time.

Dr. Hernandez and his excellent staff really went above and beyond in comforting us when it was time to have our dog put down. After a life well lived at 12yrs. old she looked at us with tired eyes as if to say she was ready.
The compassion and professionalism they had for us during the short discussion was well presented to us. Cocoa loved EVERYONE and I'm sure that she made some new friends that Saturday morning.
I'm a firm believer that folks like Dr. Hernandez and the ladies that helped make Cocoa's transition happen, have a place in heaven for the work and compassion that they give to all the animals they touch every day. I can only imagine what it would be like when they visit " The Rainbow bridge ". You are loved by all .

It seems always that it happens on the Weekends and we were so happy to find Tricounty Vet Emergency Clinic. Our Holly's time had come and we found them so helpful in easing her across Rainbow Bridge. We miss her so much and thank you all again.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this veterinary clinic! I called them in a panic at 5:45 PM because my cat was showing signs of what I feared was a urinary blockage, something that can be life-threatening if not treated quickly. Not only did they answer right away, but they got us scheduled for 6:15 PM that same evening!
From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They were hands-on, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. They treated my cat with such care and urgency, and we were in and out by 7:00 PM something I never expected when calling last-minute.
This clinic is a true asset to our community. Thanks to them, we didn’t have to make a stressful drive to Gainesville late in the evening or over the weekend. Knowing we have this level of expert care available locally is such a comfort. I’m beyond grateful and so is my cat!

We are so lucky to have a facility like this in our tri county area. My cat of 17 years became ill and needed their services on several occasions. The staff is empathetic, caring, and loving. The care they provided Buck was phenomenal. If it wasn’t for Dr. Heirs and the wonderful staff that work there, I wouldn’t have had Buck as long as I did.
In an emergency situation, I will always go back here , for routine care I go to their Trenton Animal Hospital. You will not find a better group of people who are dedicated to providing the best medical care for your fur baby..

My dog Joppa came in to get his tail fixed after getting caught on the door and split. The Vet did excellent work. You can’t even tell that his tail was cut or that he had surgery for it. Love this place.

Been here twice. Once gave my PTSD abused. Adopted dog his shots and its the only vet he wasnt shaking in. He walked right to his room. Just followed the girls around and got some treats (he never knew he got shots). He loves it there.
Later on i took my puppy back after Someone dropped their cbd gummy outside near my house and he picked it up. We thought my dog was dying. He only weighed 10lbs. He could not move or even loft his
head. They helped his low heart rate and knew what it was instantly. Gave him charcoal and meds and made my baby all better.
I love the staff and the main Dr. They are all amazing.

The clinic and staff are top notch, very caring, and capable. Dr. Heirs had been our family veterinarian for 20+ years caring for all our pets, with all their idiosyncrasies, to include ligament repairs and canine hepatitis.

We had to rush our dog Chimera here after a pigmy rattlesnake bite. They saved her. Top praises not only to her primary veterinarian Dr Heirs but her best staff member Stacy who took care of her over night .

The staff at this place is the best. The obvious love they show for the animals is heartwarming. Dr. Hyers performed surgery on our dog and was always in contact with us.
She is such a caring doctor and you can tell she loves what she does and does it quite well. Birdie is doing great because of the care she received there.

While no one wants to go to a veterinary emergency clinic, I could not imagine a better experience.
From the first phone call to heartfelt hugs and tears in the parking lot, everyone was incredible.
Alexa, our technician/veterinary nurse, was warm and professional, a wonderful presence and went well above and beyond her duties. Dr. Heirs was compassionate and understanding. It was clear that her interests were helping Riley and myself and my boyfriend in the day that hurts the most as a guardian to these amazing beings we are lucky enough to spend time and love with.
I hope that everyone doesn't need to go see this wonderful and caring team, but if you do need them, they are truly there for you, your fur children, and the community.

Last night I had an emergency with my dog. I called Tri-County veterinary emergency they answered the phone promptly; told me to come right in with my dog. When I arrived they were waiting, swiftly took the dog back for treatment.
We were treated with much compassion and respect. My dog is fine this morning and I am grateful.
